Our doors are open to anyone in need of physical therapy, but are looking for 1 on 1 type quality of care. Yes , that’s right. Every session, you will be with Alex and only Alex for the entirety of the session. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing acute or chronic pain, or aiming to improve mobility, strength and overall movement quality, Torque is here for you every step of the way.
Alex has an immense passion for fitness and rotational sports (hence the name Torque). He uses this passion as well as his previous experiences working in professional baseball (SF Giants and NY Yankees) to drive many of his treatment philosophies. He specifically loves working with athletes who have Tommy John surgery. “It’s not just the rehab itself, but figuring out why they needed the surgery in the first place.”- says Alex.
